Telangiectasia macularis eruptiva perstans
Telangiectasia macularis eruptiva perstans is one of four forms of cutaneous mastocitosis.
We present the case of a male patient consulted for a brown macular eruption with slight telangiectasia on the arms, thighs and trunk. A toluidine blue stain showed perivascular accumulations of mast cells in dermis allowing the diagnosis of telangiectasia macularis eruptiva perstans.
