CUTANEOUS CARCINOMA LYMPHANGITIS WITH OVARIAN ORIGIN

Carcinomatous lymphangitis is a rare entity, representing less than 5% of cutaneous metastasis.
We present a patient aged 67 years with ovarian carcinoma operated and multi chemo treated, who developed within six years of disease skin lesion right lateral cutaneous metastasis suspicion.
The value of rising CA-125 marker and histopathology biopsy were diagnosed the cutaneous carcinomatous lymphangitis with primitive ovarian origin.
Treatment consisted of local hyperthermia and systemic chemotherapy with biological and favorable clinical outcome, but prognosis remains reserved.
